How to fill in your brows... 1. Pick the appropriate brow shade that best matches your natural brow color. 2. Clean your eye brows and brush them using an eye brow brush or a clean disposable mascara wand. 3. Dip your precision liner brush in to your brow powder and begin applying it from the inner eye brow, working outwards, using light strokes. 4. When applying at the outer edge of your eye brows follow the shape of your eye brows. 5. Using a clean disposable mascara wand or brush, go over the eyebrows to help ensure blending.
